Most calls and forms get a same-day reply. You’ll hear from Isaac or someone on our small team directly—not a call center.
Where the property is, what the situation is (taxes, probate, heirs, title), and what you’ve already tried. 5–10 minutes, max.

Honestly, none. You don’t need to dig up paperwork before calling. If you know the property address that’s plenty—we can pull the rest from county records.
If you happen to have a tax notice, probate filing, or recorded lien handy, great. But it’s never a barrier to the first call.
No. The first call is a conversation, not a contract. We won’t ask you to sign anything, agree to a timeline, or commit to selling. Lots of our calls end with “here’s what your options look like” and the person decides to wait, talk to siblings, or think it over for a few weeks. That’s fine.
Call anyway. We’re actively expanding, and we sometimes take on a property in a new state if the situation is a fit. If we can’t help, we’ll often know someone who can—an attorney, a different buyer, or a local specialist.
Almost always, yes. If you call during business hours and we miss you, we return the call the same day. Forms and emails submitted after hours get a response by the next business morning.
Yes. Anything you share with us stays between us and the title professionals we work with on your file. We don’t sell leads, we don’t share your situation with other investors, and we don’t add you to any marketing list without your permission.
